Order Status
All order will
follow the following cycle + 1 to 2 business days handling time.
Pending:
We have received your order. We will usually process your order within 24-48 hours. Order we received on the weekend and holidays will be process on the following business day.
Processing:
We have checked that all inventory requested are in-stock, except for pre-order and back order. While we are doing this, or if we are waiting for you to send in other forms of payment, your order is Processing.
Shipped:
The order have been delivered, and a tracking number is available under order history.
Cancelled:
Your order for this item has been cancelled. You will not be charged for it.
On Order/ Preorder:
We are making every effort to ship your product to you as soon as possible. Unless your item is on pre-order, our supplier has not given us an expected arrival date. We will send you e-mails updating you on the status of your order. You may cancel any item that is not in stock, by contact us.
