What is the international return policy?

Hobbyfan only allow return on defective product for same identical product exchange only within 30 days of your package shipped date.

The shipping date is available in your My Account history.

Absolutely no refund for color paints and modeling supplies.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). contact us hobbyfan@hobbyfan.com

Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, manuals and accessories.

Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.

Shipping Handling Fees are non refundable.
